The draft of the new Law on Entrepreneurship was the main topic of discussion at the recent meeting of the Working Group on “Eliminating Barriers to Entrepreneurial Activity, organized under the auspices of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.
The meeting aimed to present the proposed law and foster a common, in-depth understanding of its content, highlighting its strategic objectives and the major changes it introduces compared to the existing legal framework (Law No. 845/1992).
FIA Moldova underscores the importance of developing and advancing this new legislation, which is expected to create a more stable business climate and attract increased foreign investment to the Republic of Moldova.
