On July 24, the FIA community participated in the meeting of Working Group No. 6 “Labor Market Development” of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and chaired by Mr. Sergiu Harea, President of the CCI.
š The event brought together representatives of public authorities, the business environment and civil society, with the support of the Secretariat of the Economic Council and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The discussions focused on:
š¹ strengthening active employment measures,
š¹ solutions for increasing the employment rate in a context marked by labor shortages,
š¹ and a draft Government Decision on simplifying requirements in the field of occupational safety and health, in order to reduce the administrative burden on employers.
š FIA supports the promotion of balanced policies that support employers, comply with European standards and contribute to the development of a functional labor market.
