After a 4-month break, the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova met on 9 November 2021.
Traditionally, the meeting was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
The meeting began with a greeting from Mr. Marcel Spatari, Minister of Labor and Social Protection.
