A new meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova was held online on 30 December.
Traditionally, the reunion was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
Among the discussed topics, following are to be emphasized:
✅ Employees working from home,
✅ Employees working remotely,
✅ Organizing occupational safety and health for employees working remotely.
