A new meeting of the Tripartite Working Group discussing on the draft amendment to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova was held online on 17 December.
Traditionally, the reunion was attended by representatives of public authorities regulating labor relations, representatives of Employers and Trade Unions.
Also, representatives of UNFPA Moldova and the Partnership for Development Center attended the meeting and presented the draft law on amending the Labor Code in terms of making labor relations more flexible for employees with children, according to the international practices.
