
At the initiative of the National Confederation of Employers of Moldova (CNPM), the third training session dedicated to the use of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system has recently taken place. This modern digital platform is designed to optimize and streamline the organization’s activities in managing relationships with its members.
The event was organized with the support of the Confederation of Danish Industry, as part of the ongoing joint efforts to digitalize and professionalize CNPM’s internal processes.
The main goal of this training session was to further familiarize CNPM members and staff with the functionalities and benefits of the CRM system — a tool specifically developed to support centralized management of member information, monitor interactions, and improve the tracking and planning of activities relevant to the employers’ association.
With each session, CNPM is taking concrete steps toward improving operational efficiency, transparency, and member engagement through digital tools.
