The webinar “Trade Information Portal – www.trade.gov.md”, organized by the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova / National Committee for Trade Facilitation, took place on the platform of the Advisory Council to the Customs Service on 2 December.
FIA’s executive team and its members got acquainted with the tools offered by the Commercial Information Portal regarding the customs regimes and destinations, the declaration of goods, their classification and origin, quotas, permissive documents, taxes for all categories of goods, etc.
Also, the customs officials presented information regarding the conditions and procedures for obtaining the status of Authorized Economic Operator, the Customs Clearance Procedure at Home or Approved Exporter, as well as the necessary procedures for the registration as a subject of external economic activity.
