On 8 November, business representatives attended the 2nd meeting with the TAIEX Peer Review Mission on the Competition Council, where the first draft of the Report was discussed.
The recommendations from the Report will be included in the operational conclusions for the Association Committee meeting in the trade configuration for the year 2023, and the Republic of Moldova will have to report on progress next year. This assessment Report will also be used for the Enlargement Report 2024.
All the challenges and proposals emphasized by FIA at the first meeting have been taken into account by the team of experts and have been included in the Report, also a number of additional proposals are provided in the White Book 2023 edition, available here:
