📢 FIA Moldova, in dialogue on the new rules for the supervision of workers’ health
On August 12, Ana Groza, Executive Director of FIA Moldova, together with the members of FIA, participated in the meeting of Working Group No. 4 of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, chaired by Vladislav Caminschi, Executive Director of the National Council of Nationalities and People’s Republic of Moldova.
The discussions focused on the implementation of Government Decision No. 146/2026 on the supervision of workers’ health, which will enter into force on November 7, 2026.
FIA stressed the importance of a clear, predictable and balanced implementation that ensures the protection of employees’ health, but also takes into account the practical impact on companies – including costs, working time and administrative burdens.
