The meeting of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Bargaining with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova – CNPM and the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova was held on 28 June 2023.
According to the Agenda, following topics were discussed:
✅ The increase of salaries in budgetary units at the local level by 1300 lei in the draft GD for amending the State Budget Law for 2023.

✅Draft law for amending Article 431 of the Law No. 200/2010 on the status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Moldova (unique number 355/MDED/2023).

FIA was represented by Cristina Tiscul, Project Manager, who reiterated the Association’s support for the amendment of Law 200/2010, with particular attention to the extension of the number of hours worked by foreign students who have their residence permits for study purposes, from 10 hours (in the current wording) to 30 hours per week.
