The executive director of FIA Moldova, Ana Groza, as coordinator of Working Group no. 3 “Attracting and maintaining private investments” within the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, participated yesterday in the plenary session chaired by Mr. Dorin Recean, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
Mrs. Groza addressed in the discussion the subject of the labor market, one of the biggest challenges of the business community. Thus, the resumption of dialogue and consultations on different platforms was requested, on the proposals launched by the expert community of FIA Moldova, regarding:
✅ implementing the concept of “temporary work agent”, ✅ adjusting the wages paid by employers to foreign citizens from the average wage in the economy to the minimum wage, in order to avoid discrimination against citizens of the Republic of Moldova and comply with EU legislation, as well as
✅implementation of the “self-service at PECO stations” concept.
