The future of the labor market in the context of European integration was the main theme of the event organized on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the National Employment Agency (ANOFM).
Representatives of public authorities, social partners, and international organizations discussed:
✔️ alignment with EU standards;
✔️ strengthening social dialogue;
✔️ digitalization of employment services;
✔️ development of skills needed for a competitive economy.
During the event, ANOFM’s modernization process was highlighted, as well as the importance of interinstitutional cooperation for the implementation of the EU–Moldova Agenda. 🤝
The anniversary also included the awarding of the best employers of 2025, marking the institution’s impact over its 35 years of activity. 🏆
