On 21 April, was held a technical meeting of WG no. 3 of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova “Stimulation and maintenance of private investments”, chaired by the Executive Director of the FIA, with representatives of the financial sector.
According to the Agenda, the following topics were discussed:
✅ Opening bank accounts by foreign citizens, including according to salary projects (data / documents required to open the account, conditions for opening / servicing the bank account of the foreign citizen).
✅ Identification of customers when performing cash transactions at banks (type of documents required to identify the customer).
✅ The status of the lessor within the leasing contract, in order for it to be considered an executory document according to art. 11 of the Execution Code.
✅ The status of the lessor according to the provisions of the Subsidy Regulation, approved by the Government Decision on the distribution of the means of the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Environment no. 455 of 21.06.2017.
