On 13 October, at the initiative of the Analitic Center Expert-Grup, a technical meeting on the “Law of day-laborers” was organized.
Thus, the impact of Law No. 22/2018 on performing occasionally certain unqualified works by day-laborers was discussed.
The main attention was focused on analyzing to what extent the main purpose of the law on reducing the phenomenon of informal employment in agricultural activities was achieved, as well as some proposals were made to increase the impact and applicability of the law.
Together with FIA Executive Director, Ms. Ana Groza, colleagues from the National Confederation of Employers – CNPM, American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova and Purcari Wines participated at the meeting.
