A coordination meeting was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, to discuss and address the objections raised during the endorsement process concerning the proposed amendments to the draft law on the amendment of certain normative acts aimed at promoting the digital economy, e-commerce, and the digitalization of administrative procedures. Particular attention was given to the provisions concerning Law No. 880/1992 on the Archival Fonds.
The meeting brought together representatives of the relevant public authorities and institutions, as well as representatives of the business community.
The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the objections raised during the endorsement process and identify common solutions for addressing and overcoming them.
