Technical Meeting of the WG on the establishment of prices on medicines

On 29 September, Ms. Ana Groza, FIA’s Executive Director, participated at the Meeting organized on the platform of Ministry of Health, in capacity of member of the Work Group responsible for the amendment of the regulatory framework on the establishment of prices on medicines.

Thus, relevant provisions of the GD 525/2010 were subject of productive discussions and following proposals from FIA’s White Book 2021 were addressed:

the amendment of the GD, by which following are to be approved:

1. Regulation on prices for imported medicinal products and separately for domestic products,
2. List of reference countries and rules / principles for identifying reference countries,
3. Regulation on the structure, maintenance, and amendment of the National Catalog of Prices on Medicines
