A new meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship was held online on 21 December 2021.
According to the Agenda, 8 subjects were discussed, including the:
✅ Analysis of the regulatory impact, as well as the draft Law on exclusion of the judicial mediation (a proposal formulated by FIA experts in the White Book),
✅ Analysis of the regulatory impact of the draft Government Decisions regarding compensation of medicines and medical devices.
