Start: Tuesday 20 October, 2020 - 14.00

✍️During the WG Meeting of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity, several topics were discussed, including:

📌 Draft law for amending some normative acts (Law no. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Law on the cadaster of real estate no. 1543/1998, Law no. 1069/2000 on informatics, Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova no.1107 / 2002, Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection, Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 154/2003, Law no. 284/2004 on electronic commerce, etc.).
The project is proposed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and the need to identify new reserves to increase economic and commercial activity in the Republic of Moldova, as well as to facilitate remote interaction between the Government, the business community and consumers. The restrictions and limitations on travel, communication and interaction imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic are transforming the processes, procedures and habits of people and business. The biggest transformation is taking place in the field of IT, e-commerce and, in general, the technological transformation of processes and procedures, with their “moving” in the virtual space. There is a jump in the use of electronic tools and procedures (such as electronic signatures), as well as the replacement of traditional events and meetings with online ones.

📌 Draft Government Decision on the approval of the Lists of documents required for the issuance of the expert opinion in the field of industrial safety.
The project aims to address the gaps identified in the regulatory framework in relation to the list of documents submitted by economic agents in order to obtain the expert opinion in the field of industrial safety.
