The roundtable titled “Appeals Resolution – Updates, Procedures, and Impact” was organized by the National Agency for the Settlement of Appeals (ANSC).
The purpose of the event was to strengthen the dialogue between institutions involved in the public procurement process in the Republic of Moldova and relevant stakeholders, through an open exchange of ideas and perspectives.
The meeting provided an essential platform for analyzing legislative updates and their impact on the sector, as well as for presenting the views of representatives from public institutions 🏛️, the business community 💼, and public procurement experts 📊.
