Regular informal meetings to ensure open communication with authorities and to identify priorities for joint collaboration.
The breakout of the Covid 19 pandemic, generated a huge wave of remote work and work from home. However, in practice appeared many situations not regulated by the Health and Safety at Work (HSW) legislation, which lead to the idea of organizing a Round Table with the participation of the representatives of the State Labor Inspectorate (SLI), Mr. Igor CILOCI and Mr. Marin MARCU and the experts of the FIA member companies.
Thus, among the discussed topics, following are to be emphasized:
✅ keeping HSW documentation in digital format (conducting trainings, assessing risk factors, simplifying personal files, etc.)
✅ introducing “Stress” as a risk factor in HSW legislation and its evaluation criteria
✅ documents submitted by the Employer in case of an SLI control
✅ investigation of work accidents
✅ others.
The SLI representatives informed us that they submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection a series of proposals to amend the labor legislation, in order to update it to the existing realities.
