Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurship
According to the Agenda, the following topics were proposed for consideration to the members of the Working Group:
✅Examination of the draft law for the amendment of Law no. 354/2004 on the formation of real estate,
✅Examination of the draft law on the prevention of food loss and waste,
✅Examination of the draft Government decision on the amendment of Government Decision no.1045 / 2005 for the approval of the Regulation on import, storage, marketing and
use of plant protection products and fertilizers,
✅Examination of the draft Government Decision on the amendment of Government Decision no. 929/2009 on the approval of the Quality and Marketing Requirements for fresh fruits and vegetables.
