Upon the initiative of the Independent Analytical Centre “Expert-Grup” and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, in partnership with the Soros Foundation Moldova, a public event with the purpose of presenting the concept of the ANOFM (National Employment Agency) reform entitled “Reforming ANOFM: A new vision for a more competitive and innovative labour market” was held on 2 May 2023.
The aim of the conference is to discuss the necessary policies and effective mechanisms to improve the services provided by ANOFM for the years 2023-2026, also to address the challenges and imbalances in the intermediation of supply and demand of the labour market in our country, as well as to strengthen and ensure the institution’s reputation. A representative survey on beneficiaries’ perception of ANOFM’s work and the institution’s reform concept will also be presented.
