The 2026 Public Finance Governance Forum, held under the theme “Trust Is the New Currency: Creating Public Value Together”, was organized today by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova.
The event brought together representatives of public authorities, national and international experts, and development partners to discuss priorities, challenges, and solutions for more transparent, efficient, and accountable public financial management.
One of the key highlights of the forum was the presentation of the findings of the Public Finance Trust Barometer and the regional Public Finance Trust Labs. These highlighted the essential role of citizens’ perceptions and their active involvement in discussions on public resource management.
Dialogue between the state and citizens is essential for building a shared vision in which public policies and resources translate into tangible results and added value for people.
FIA Moldova was represented at the event by Inga Pascal, Project Manager.
