A public discussion session dedicated to understanding labor market trends and the availability of human capital was recently organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham), as part of the AmCham METRIX initiative – an innovative platform focused on data analysis in the field of human resources.
The discussions addressed the ever-evolving dynamics of the labor market in the Republic of Moldova, with a focus on challenges related to talent retention, work flexibility, employee protection, and the reforms needed to support this sector. Government initiatives in the field, legal migration prospects, as well as legislative barriers to hiring foreign labor were also analyzed.
