FIA Moldova, represented by its Executive Director Ana Groza, together with representatives of member companies operating in the pharmaceutical sector, participated in the public consultations organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova regarding the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on pharmaceutical waste management.
During the meeting, the updated provisions of the draft were examined, including aspects related to the responsibilities of economic operators, the mechanisms for collection and disposal of pharmaceutical waste, and compliance with environmental and public health standards.
In this sense, representatives of the business community put forward proposals and recommendations aimed at ensuring the practical applicability of the new regulations, while maintaining a balance between environmental protection objectives and the sustainability of business operations.
