Public Consultations on the Draft Law on Mediation and the Status of Mediators were organized under the auspices of the Parliament’s Legal Committee for Appointments and Immunities of the Republic of Moldova.
The purpose of the meeting was to examine, together with the interested stakeholders, the main provisions of the draft law, clarify practical aspects of its implementation, and ensure a coherent legal framework that promotes mediation as an effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
FIA Moldova was represented by Ana Groza, Executive Director, who emphasizes the importance of establishing a clear and predictable legislative framework that encourages the use of mediation in commercial relations and in interactions between entrepreneurs and public institutions.
