Public consultations on the Draft law amending the Labor Code

On 1 June, a new round of public consultations was held on the Draft Law amending the Labor Code, submitted by the Parliamentarians Ms. Marina Morozova, Dan Perciun and Radu Marian, with the participation of employers’ representatives.

The provisions – subject of the amendments were analyzed in detail, as well as other proposals that are not included in the Draft law, but are necessary for the modernization of labor relations.
