Public Consultations on the Draft Government Decision Amending the Regulation on Workplace Accident Investigations

Public consultations on the draft Government Decision to amend the Regulation on the investigation of workplace accidents were held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed amendments, aimed at transposing into national legislation the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 349/2011 of 11 April 2011, implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1338/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Community statistics on public health and health and safety at work, specifically regarding workplace accidents.

FIA Moldova was represented by occupational health and safety specialists from its member companies.
