A working meeting dedicated to public consultations on the draft amendment to Government Decision No. 541/2014, which regulates the List of jobs with harsh, harmful, and/or dangerous working conditions where employment of persons under 18 years of age is prohibited, as well as the Maximum permissible load norms for persons under 18 years of age in manual lifting and transport of weights, was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The event provided stakeholders, including business representatives, with the opportunity to express their opinions, recommendations, and proposals to ensure that the proposed amendments comply with standards for protecting young workers and promote a safe working environment.
