Public consultations on Draft Law No. 326/2026 on amendments to certain legislative acts, aimed at simplifying tax and customs legislation, were held on the platform of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance.
The event brought together representatives of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Chișinău Municipal Government, as well as representatives of the business community.
The consultations focused on reviewing the provisions of the draft law that require clarification, adjustment or further consideration, as well as identifying solutions that could contribute to simplifying the tax and customs framework and ensuring a predictable legislative environment for the business community.
FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, together with representatives of member companies.
The proposals submitted by FIA Moldova regarding the draft law reflect the Association’s commitment to contributing, through the expertise of its member companies, to constructive dialogue with public authorities and to the improvement of the legislative framework relevant to economic and investment activities.
