On 7 September 2021, Public consultations on labor and social protection, within the Government Action Plan for the years 2021-2022 were held.
FIA was represented by Ms. Cristina Tiscul, who reiterated the need to modernize the labor legislation, by systemically and properly adapting the legal framework, this fact directly contributing to the development of a prosperous economy and creating favorable conditions for attracting new investments in Moldova.
In the same context, following priorities were emphasized:
✅ digitization of labor relations;
✅ implementation of the concept of “temporary work agent”;
✅ regulation of the non-compete clause;
✅ others.
