On 12 October, Ms Ana Groza, together with FIA members, participated in the public consultations on the Concept of the Draft Law on amending the Law on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing and the Law on the procedure for establishing violations in the field of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and the way of applying sanctions, organized by the Committee on National Security, Defence and Public Order.
The draft will shortly be submitted for endorsement and comments to all interested parties.
