The preliminary public consultations on the update of the National Programme for the Accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union for 2025–2029 (NPA), at the level of Cluster 4 – “Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity”, were held in a hybrid format under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy, as the coordinating institution of the Cluster 4 Committee.
The meeting brought together representatives of public institutions, the business and academic communities, professional organisations, civil society, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
The consultations aimed to assess the progress made in implementing the actions set out in the NPA, identify priorities for 2027, and formulate proposals on the measures needed to further align national legislation with the European Union acquis and ensure its effective implementation.
The discussions focused on the following negotiation chapters:
* Chapter 14 – Transport Policy;
* Chapter 21 – Trans-European Networks;
* Chapter 15 – Energy;
* Chapter 27 – Environment and Climate Change.
