Today in Chișinău, the Foreign Investors Association of the Republic of Moldova (FIA) presented the 2025 White Book 📘 – a document that remains the main platform for constructive dialogue between foreign investors and public authorities.
The FIA White Book 2025 is closely aligned with the Reform Agenda associated to the Republic of Moldova’s Growth Plan for 2025–2027, and the National EU Accession Programme 2025–2029, reaffirming FIA’s role as a strategic partner of the Government in the process of European integration 🤝.
This year’s edition includes eight thematic reform chapters, ranging from Justice and the Rule of Law, Tax Policy and Tax Regulation, and the Human Capital and Education Market, to the Transition to a Green and Sustainable Economy, Telecom and Digital Competitiveness, the Agricultural Sector and Land Relations, and the Financial System.
