📜 The new Law on Copyright and Related Rights was published in the Official Gazette No. 278-282 (8322-8326) of 9 September 2022.
🎯 The National Association of ICT Companies, the Foreign Investors Association in the Republic of Moldova and the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova appreciate the publication of the new law and the contribution of all actors involved in the process of drafting the new regulations that come to solve the multiple problems caused by the repealed law.
