The first National Financial Education Forum was held on 21 March in Chisinau, organised by the National Bank of Moldova.
The event created a platform for discussion between officials, external partners and civil society and also launched the process of drafting the Financial Education Strategy of the Republic of Moldova. Opening the meeting, speakers noted the importance of financial education in supporting citizens to manage their resources properly and develop a strong economy. In this regard, NBM Governor Octavian Armașu urged the authorities and civil society to join efforts.
