The National Dispute Settlement Council meeting on 1 December discussed the following issues:
✅ Information on the work of the working groups for the purpose of implementing the actions of the Action Plan on the reform of the system of state control over entrepreneurial activity (Government Decision No. 108-d of 25 July 2023)

✅Information on the proposed amendments to the Methodology for establishing the objectives and performance indicators of the state control bodies on entrepreneurial activity, approved by Government Decision No. 355/2020, with the aim of making the work of the control bodies more efficient in order to achieve the objectives of preventing violations, increasing the degree of compliance of persons subject to control, changing the perception of controls, developing relations based on trust and reducing the pressure on the business environment, and on the initiation of the development of the concept of the State Register of Controls Information System

The business representatives also listed the challenges that currently exist in the Dispute Resolution Boards through uneven application of practices, lack of parity of members (business vs. authority), the need for training and others.
