On December 20, 2024, the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, participated in the National Dispute Resolution Council meeting.
Among the key topics included on the meeting’s agenda, which are crucial for the business environment in the Republic of Moldova, were:
- Presentation of the draft State Control Development Program for 2025-2028.
- Presentation of the results of the procedure for selecting new members of the dispute resolution councils within control bodies from representatives of business associations (or the business environment).
- Presentation of the draft State Control Guide.
- Information on legislative gaps identified in the issuance of permits for service providers in the professional driver training sector.
FIA’s participation in these meetings highlights the Association’s commitment to supporting the development of more efficient mechanisms for regulating economic activities, which can directly contribute to creating a more stable and investor-friendly business environment.
