On June 11, the meeting of the National Dispute Resolution Council in the field of state control was held.
Within this, the proposals to amend Law no. 131/2012 on state control and proposals to adjust the sectoral laws of the control bodies.
Among the objectives of the changes are:
📍 Establishing clear procedures for contesting the control report and the contravention report issued following the state control,
📍Reducing expenses and simplifying the control procedure by developing the personal cabinet of the person subject to control,
📍 Digitization of processes and reducing the pressure on the business environment,
📍 and others.
FIA Moldova was represented by Cristina Tiscul, who welcomed the amendment proposed in the presented project aimed at ensuring parity of members from the control authority and from the business environment within the Dispute Resolution Councils, which will ensure the fairness of the decision-making process within these meetings.
