Memorandum on e-procurement

On 30^th of November, FIA has countersigned a Memorandum for the promotion of a transparent and efficient system of electronic public procurements, together with the Ministry of Finance, Agency for Public Procurement, Moldovan think tanks, NGOs and business associations. The Memorandum intends to launch a pilot project of e-procurement for small value contracts.

This initiative appeared in the context of the public procurement reform, the cooperation with EU, the Association’s Agreement provisions and Moldova’s accession to the WTO Agreement on public procurement.
