A meeting between the representatives of the business associations and the representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection was held on 30 January 2023.
Thus, the top priorities of the business environment regarding the labor legislation for providing a better investment climate were tackled.
According to Ms Cristina Tiscul, FIA Project Manager, one of the biggest challenges companies are facing is the shortage of workforce, consequently it is necessary to provide regulations for the temporary agency work, as well as to extend the number of working hours for foreign students in Moldova.
