On the 10th of September 2024, the Association of Foreign Investors of the Republic of Moldova (FIA) together with the representatives of the Moldovan Association of ICT Companies (ATIC), participated in a joint meeting with the members of the Parliamentary Commission “Committee for Social Protection, Health and Family”.
The meeting aimed to discuss essential aspects related to the necessity to adapt the labor legislation to the current realities and needs of the labor market. In this sense, several proposals for the amendment of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 154/2003 and of the Law no. 186/2008 on Occupational Health and Safety were presented and examined.
