On 29 September, a technical meeting of FIA members with the Minister of Health and his colleagues was held. The purpose was to discuss the draft Law amending the Labor Code RM (art. 78 and 80).
The meeting was also attended by our colleagues from the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova – CNPM and the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
Consequently to the productive discussions, FIA’s Executive Team elaborated a Position Paper, that is available on the link below:
