During an online working session convened by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization of the Republic of Moldova, the problems raised by the business community in the context of the entry into force of the Law on Advertising No. 62/2022 were discussed on 7 July.
Among the discussed topics, following are to be emphasized:
πThe definition of “advertising device”;
π The procedure on issuing the authorization and how to calculate the fee for advertising devices;
π Advertising on means of transport;
π and others.
As a multitude of pressing issues were discussed, it was decided to hold subsequent individual working sessions to address each particular topic in the follwoing format: presentation of the problem vs. solution proposed by the business community.
