On 21 October, the meeting of the WG No. 4 ,,Eradication of informal employment and of the phenomenon of ,,wages in envelopes” was held on the platform of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, in order to discuss the amendments to the Law No. 200/2010 on the status of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova.

Ms Cristina Tiscul, Project Manager, came up with proposals from the members of the Association to offer the possibility to submit applications for obtaining/extending the right of residence for work purposes for foreign citizens in online format, as well as to extend the term of the residence permit for work purposes for a minimum period of 2 years, as the 1-year period provided for at the moment is too short.
