📌 The optimization of the process of importing and placing food products on the market in the Republic of Moldova was the main topic of yesterday’s discussion at Working Group 1 “Eliminating Constraints in Entrepreneurial Activity”, organized by the Economic Council of the Prime Minister, in collaboration with the National Food Safety Agency.
The discussions focused on several key aspects, such as:
✅ Labeling of imported products 🏷️, essential for informing consumers and complying with legislation ⚖️.
✅ Coordination of sanitary-veterinary certificates for cattle and sheep with other countries 🐄🐑.
✅ Costs of mandatory analyses for certain imported food products.
This meeting represented an important step in facilitating the compliance of economic agents and improving the predictability of all actors involved in the supply and commercialization chain of food products, in relation to the control authority.
