The meeting of Working Group No. 5 “Enhancing the Competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova in the Context of EU Accession” was held under the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.
🎯 The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the draft Law on Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services, developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, aiming to transpose Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
🤝 During the discussions, public authorities and business representatives had the opportunity to share their views on the draft law and put forward improvement proposals.
