The meeting of Working Group No. 4 “Deregulation of Labour Relations and Occupational Safety and Health” was held on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, bringing together representatives of public authorities and the business community. 🤝
In the context of developing deregulation packages aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova’s economy, the meeting was dedicated to examining a set of initiatives focused on modernizing the legal framework, reducing the administrative burden for employers, and creating a more flexible work environment adapted to current economic realities. ⚖️
In this context, FIA Moldova, represented by Inga Pascal – Project Manager, reiterated the relevance of the proposals included in the 2025 White Book deregulation package, particularly those related to the chapter on the human capital and education market. These proposals aim to modernize labour relations by introducing more flexible employment instruments, simplifying administrative procedures, promoting digital work, and adapting the regulatory framework to new working models. 💼
