WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On the 10^th of September 2024, representatives of the Association of Foreign Investors of the Republic of Moldova (FIA) participated in the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity.

Among the main topics examined within the meeting, were:

1. Examination of the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Law on the record of municipal networks.
2. Examination of the Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the amendment of the Government Decision no. 360/1996 regarding the state control of quality in construction and the repeal of Government Decision no. 285/1996 regarding the approval of the Regulations for the reception of constructions and related installations.
3. Examination of the Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision regarding the specification of the characteristics of access points on radio support with a limited coverage area.
4. Examination of the Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Requirements for the import of products derived from seals.
5. Examination of the Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 652/2011 on the approval of the Regulation regarding the conduct of the competition for the selection of residents and investment projects for the industrial park, as well as the Model Report on the activity carried out within the industrial park.
6. Examination of the Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Regulation regarding the performance of the energy audit by large enterprises.
