❗️The initiative to amend the legislation on transparency in the decision-making process was the main topic of discussions during the extended meeting of the Working Group for drafting amendments to the legal framework on decision-making transparency, organized by the State Chancellery 🏢.
Thus, following the presentation of the project amendment concept 📄, representatives of local public authorities (LPA), Territorial Offices, and civil society had the opportunity to discuss aspects related to the decision-making process at the local level 📢, the challenges they face in ensuring effective public participation in the decision-making process, and proposals to address these obstacles 🎯.
FIA Moldova highlights on this occasion the importance of close collaboration between local public authorities (LPA), central public authorities (CPA), and civil society, in order to ensure a transparent and inclusive decision-making process, for the benefit of all parties involved 🤝.
